Your personal name and email will never be shared publicly. Inclusion in any educational content is at The Budgie Academy’s sole discretion. Submitted materials may be used anonymously, in part, or not at all.

This grant is perpetual, worldwide, and royalty-free.

2. Not Veterinary Advice

This service is not veterinary care, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It provides educational observations about behavior and nutrition based on limited information you submit. No professional care relationship is created. You are solely responsible for all decisions about your budgie’s care. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for health concerns. Submissions focused on illness, injury, disease, or medication are outside the scope of this service and may be declined.

3. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

You assume all risk from participating in this service, including any outcomes from implementing recommendations or relying on the assessment content. You release The Budgie Academy LLC, Dr. Amy Zhao, and all related parties from all liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising from your participation in or use of this service.

4. Ownership

The Budgie Academy LLC owns all rights to the created assessment, including Dr. Amy Zhao’s analysis, recommendations, and all intellectual property in the finished content. You may reference the information for your personal budgie care. You may not redistribute, sell, or use the assessment commercially.

5. The Budgie Academy’s Rights

The Budgie Academy LLC reserves the right to decline any submission for any reason, use submitted materials in educational content at our discretion, and modify these terms at any time for future submissions.
