					<description><![CDATA[Hi there.  I just welcomed 2 white budgies.  I thought all white ones are male with pink cere and pink legs.  Mine are white base with beautiful blue marks on them.  One is almost light blue and the other one has brighter blue spots with black circles or dots on him or her.  I’ve read so much and still can’t figure it out.  Their beaks are a yellowish not fancy.  There ceres are not near pink.  I think I have 2 females now but I thought they were male an hour ago.  Can you please help me.  I don’t want any babies just yet.]]></description>
